Michael started playing music at 8 years old and he toured professionally for nearly 28 years. In his career he has worked with such artists as Townes VanZandt, Johnny Hammond, Tom Rush, Dave Von Ronk and Piano Red, America, Electric Spinich and Moby Grape. He had also done shows with legendary blues musicans Pine Top Perkins, Hank Rachell, Elmore James, Frank Edwards and Buddy Moss.
