Join us for our Sunday Original Music Showcase! They are killer. We look forward to bringing you some incredible local and surrounding area talent including many artists that are passing through Nashville on tour.

Joining us for this Sunday Showcase are Paul Jewell and Ken Abernathy.

4PM - Donna Frost is a true traveling troubadour, logging thousands of miles year round performing shows in cities all across the US. She has appeared in the UK and the Caribbean as well during her career. She performs solo with her guitars, ukuleles and mandolin most times and also plays select shows with her band.

Donna is a prolific songwriter with over 300 songs in her catalog and 10 albums. 5 of these albums have been written, recorded and released since the pandemic began: The Quarantine Sessions, The Quarantine Sessions Volume 2, Thankful, You Are My Song and the soon to be released The Beautiful Unseen, a collaboration with her longtime friend, Jack Howell, that was recorded in Joshua Tree, CA.

Donna is a nominee for Best Americana Artist for the Mississippi Music Foundation Awards in April 2023. She received Music for Seniors Musician Partner of the Year Award in 2019. Donna has received 11 consecutive ASCAP Plus Awards for her work as a performing songwriter. She was a 2004 Kerrville New Folk finalist.

5PM - Les Kerr is a songwriter, recording artist and performer who brings blues, New Orleans music, Zydeco, rock and bluegrass together to create his “Hillbilly Blues Caribbean Rock & Roll.” A Nashville resident since 1987, Kerr was born in Louisiana and raised in Mississippi.

Les has recorded twelve albums, including his latest released in February, 2025, Child of Highway Ninety. About Les’ music, national music publication No Depression’s Lee Zimmerman wrote, “Nashville’s Les Kerr creates a sound that’s both jovial and cerebral all at the same time…Kerr takes his stylistic additives from a variety of genres -- reggae, country, folk, blues and rock ‘n’ roll -- and meshes them into a hybrid that’s philosophical [and] sunny.”

Les was a three-time award nominee of the former Music City Blues Society and was featured in the TV documentary Civil War Songs and Stories broadcast on PBS stations across the U.S.

Lyrics of several of Les’ songs have appeared in five volumes of Maple Leaf Rag, a New Orleans Poetry Anthology, including the publication's special twentieth anniversary edition. He is also the co-author of The All-American Truck Stop Cookbook (Harper Collins) and Tennessee (Graphic Arts Press).

These events are free, but minimum purchase amount of $5 is necessary and we highly encourage you to tip the artists for sharing their incredible time and talents with us. If you don't have cash they will have an electronic way for you to tip them so just ask.
